TransAlta Announces Renewed Credit Facility
CALGARY - TransAlta Corporation (NYSE:TAC) (TSX:TA) today announced the renewal of its corporate credit facility. The $1.5 billion facility was successfully syndicated among 14 banks and replaces the previous $1.2 billion corporate facility. The increased size provides the company with more flexibility to manage its credit and liquidity requirements and maintain a strong financial position.=
