Macquarie and Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital to Acquire High Lonesome Mesa Wind Farm

WASHINGTON - - Macquarie Group Limited , a provider of banking, financial, advisory, investment and funds management services, and Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. , a financial services company, have agreed to acquire High Lonesome Mesa wind farm located in New Mexico , US, from NRG Energy, Inc. , a power generation company.
