ABB will re-open its St. Louis facility on Thursday, January 14, one week after the tragic shooting events that took place recently.

The plant is currently functionally ready to resume operations, however it will remain closed until Thursday in order to give employees the opportunity to attend memorial services for our fallen colleagues.

ABBÂ’s philanthropic arm, ABB Foundation, has set up a fund to benefit families of the victims of the tragic events in St. Louis on January 7. Donations can be made payable to ABB Foundation and sent to the following address:

Merrill Zaft, ABB Foundation Inc., 501 Merritt 7 - 6th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851

Checks should indicate they are for “ABB St. Louis Victims Fund.”

Donations made by ABB employees in the United States will be matched by ABB Foundation up to $100,000, but anyone is welcome to contribute to the fund.
