Iowa's governor to study Utah's 4-day work week
Chet Culver says the proposal — which has state workers working 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday — is something that all states will have to consider at some point.
Culver says Utah's plan was a popular topic at the National Governor's Association meeting in Philadelphia.
Culver says Iowa's economy is in good shape, but that the state needs to look at a variety of ideas and consider them in the long-term.

MADISON - Wisconsin's largest utility company is again asking regulators to raise rates to pay for the rising cost of nuclear energy.
We Energies says it needs to collect an additional $26.5 million next year, an increase of about 3.4%.
