Hydro-Québec warns customers about suspicious calls
These so-called representatives try to obtain personal information, sell energy-saving products that are not endorsed by Hydro-Québec and ask questions about our customers' consumption habits.
Customers who receive such phone calls should write down as much information as possible. An investigation is currently under way.
