No cash for blacked-out businesses: BC Hydro

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - BC Hydro president Bob Elton said the utility has no plans to compensate downtown businesses for money they lost during the recent massive power failure - an amount one business group estimates at $36 million.
