Three dead in Dominion power plant accident
SALEM HARBOR, MASSACHUSETTS - A steam pipe rupture at Dominion Resources Inc's Salem Harbor power plant in Massachusetts killed three workers, the company said.
The accident occurred, while the three employees were working near a boiler when the tube ruptured, blowing steam onto them 20 feet below.
Dominion said it shut down all four units at the Salem Harbor plant to conduct a safety review.
